SO last night at weigh in I was not a happy bunny! 2 1/2lb gain!!! Other than 1 night out on the weekend I had stayed within syns. Even when I was out I only had vodka & diet coke and a few Jagers. Pretty much my usual (well less actually). I stayed away from cocktails and sugary drinks and the wine. Although I shouldn’t have bothered! I was not happy at all. I went home and sulked. And ate chocolate. well a ripple. even in my sulk and still did t go over syns!
ANyway I guess it as made me more determined, because now I want that gain, and more, off next week! This week i’m trying to have oat/scan bran as often as possible as my HeB choice, drink more water and have more speed foods. My planned night out is also off the agenda! I’m going to try posting more on twitter/this blog too when I can around work. Although I have a love/hate relationship with twitter at the mo. I love it, and the people on there. However I hate the app. I’me forever getting notifications I have a tweet, yet if I don’t get on the app within 30 minutes I cant find it! SOrry to all you twitter peeps who think I’m ignoring you, i’m not. I just have a stupid app. Due to work I can sometimes go 8+ hours without access to my phone or laptop so seem to be missing loads which is really frustrating. SO anyways, this week I will post more, if you message me and I don’t reply please don’t think i’m ignoring you. And in the mean time if anyone one as any suggestions for good, reliable iphone twitter apps I’d be most grateful 🙂
ANyway, to keep myself accoutable heres todays food diary:
Breakfast: 1/4 mint oat bran cake and a banana
Lunch: chicken & sweetcorn sweet chilli pasta (2 syns), pineapple & greek muller yougurt (0.5syns)
Tea: chicken & sweetcorn chilli pasta (2syns) as a snack at work & fat free supernoodles when I got home (Loooonng day at work today)
Snacks: 1 sugar free redbull, rest of the oat bran cake(tptal cake = 6.5syns & HeB) , melon, mango, pineapple and lots of water, milk (HeA)
